A: We pride ourselves on inclusiveness, and do not impose any academic or service requirements on our members. Q: How much are dues? A: Dues are $25. Dues are vital to support our chapter, district, and international organizations. They are to be paid between the dates of October 10th and 24th. Q: When do we have meetings? A: Chapter meetings are held every other Monday at 1:30 PM. Our board meets every other Monday as well, when there are no chapter meetings. Q: How can I become more involved? A: Volunteer! We work hard to provide numerous and diverse opportunities for our students to serve the community. Any time that you can give, no matter how small, is a chance for you to effect real change in our homes. If you would rather work behind the scenes, committees are a fantastic way to become involved in the day-to-day operation of the chapter. The highest level of involvement is serving on our board, 10 key members who are responsible for the management of the entire chapter. Q: What are some of the things we do in the club? A: Key Club International is all about community service! We work on a variety of projects, such as tutoring elementary school children, raising money for charities, hosting drives for the needy, and helping to clean up our communities. Q: Where do I get my service hours signed for activities I do with the club? A: Our faculty advisor is the best person to sign off on your hours. Q: This didn't answer my question. Who can I talk to? A: You can reach us directly at [email protected], or talk to our board and faculty adviser on campus. |
